Welcome to the SEAL THROWING CAMP website. Founded in 2005,
focusing on instruction in discus and shot put for all ages. Camp
participants have an exciting opportunity to learn proven throwing
techniques that will help you excel.
As a former collegiate thrower at Sam Houston State University
(Huntsville, TX), I enjoy sharing my passion for the throwing events
with throwers from all over the state. For the past sixteen years I have
studied, thrown and now coach the throwing events. I am proud to
have hosted many former Championship athletes, and several top-
ranked high school champions. The last five years the throwers I have
coached not only have been among the best in Oklahoma but have
also been at the top nationally. Listed are some of the awards and

Throughout my years of throwing I have set many records and was a three time state qualifier in Texas. I
have had great mentors and continue to have great mentors today as a coach. I look forward to sharing
